know what TOPS stands for, it stands for Take Off Pounds Sensibly! We are a non-profit organization who supports women, men
and also children who need to lose weight the healthy way!

Our chapter is located in Warren, MI. If you are from the Michigan area, and wish to join us, our meetings are on Thursday
nights. If you are not from the area, or you cannot make a meeting on Thursday evening, fear not! TOPS offers many other
locations and meetings to choose from! The organization is worldwide and you can find meetings virtually anywhere! Be sure

There is only ONE WAY to lose weight and keep it off! Slow and steady wins the race! If you eat healthy foods, learn
moderation, and exercise daily, you WILL ALSO become a LOSER!!!! In this instance becoming a LOSER is a GOOD thing!
